Day X of winter without any heater...

I wanna finish this homework before morning comes but everytime I put my hands out of my pajamas' pocket, I feel like my fingers freezes. Shiver goes down my spine as I barely stay seating without trembling.

maybe I need to buy a glove.. I wonder if it's gonna be that useful.

orfeo

Today I met a cool person >w< an Iraqi-Brazillian man named Orfeu, he's a proffessor in UPorto's Physics Engineering~

His name sounds weirdly familiar, I think he's someone fairly important..but I don't remember. As usual.

Anyway, I will send him an email and a text message , since I asked his contacts. But tomorrow morning, perhaps ><

Oh and I managed to borrow blender at my friend's house, now I can make the Manado fish soup of my mum that I love so much~ hope it goes well!

Homeworks and Messengers.

'Hey! What's up?'
'Nothing, I just woke up.'
'You went somewhere last night?'
'Yep, until 5. How about you, what did you do today?'
'(thinks) Homework.'
'And then?'
'Homework.'
'And? What else?'
'Homework.'
'How about tomorrow?'
'Homework.'

Me and my roomie, this afternoon while cooking lunch.
Ha. Goodbye, my weekend. These homeworks are almost as possesive as Jumin Han.

Come to think about it... about Mystic Messenger. I tried it and been wasting more than a week of my time, looking at the days counts. And I'm in progress of my second route right now. To conclude everything... I think that save for Jaehee, all the characters here are mentally unstable. Period.

I also don't get how is it that the characters make more sense when you play a route that is not theirs. When you go into one character's route, they seem to lose their common sense. Hmmnn.

Imma play more and maybe write a proper review.

Money Laundering

Between all the crazy things that happened ever since I arrive here.. there's one that is quite recent and...crazy =w=
Don't worry... I'm not going to jail.... not yet
I still don't even know what is going on.

So about the title. Yeah.

So.
One day... I was retracting some cash and noticed that 3000euros has been transferred into my bank account.  Well, I didn't really pay much attention, I thought it was just my monthly scholarships paid upfront or something. I took 20 euros and continued on with my life. I even joked about getting my scholarship upfront to my friend whose scholarship is still suspended.

Then something really weird happened.

Two days later, the bank called me, asking me if I was expecting some sort of transaction from my family or business partner(s). I was clueless ofc, and said no. They referred to the 3000euros recent transaction and wished to know what the transaction purpose was. Still calm, I told them that it was perhaps my scholarship money, but no, they said, the scholarship money is usually transferred from the university bank account, and this transfer was from some private account.

I was utterly flabbergasted.

As dumbfounded as I was, I explained my cluelessness and promised to look into the matter.

I logged into my netbanking (which is all in portuguese and i don't understand most of the site at all) and googled the name listed in the transaction, but alas, it was only the bank name--Nomander Saine or smth, a french bank.
I tried contacting my course coordinator, who is a french univ, but... no helpful clue so far. No one has any idea, and no one requested to have their money returned either.

It is a very weird situation lololol. I asked the bank staff what will happen next if I don't find any clue and they are just like... ''Well, then, it's your lucky day!''

lol r u sirius

Anyway, I do not plan to use the money =w=''' this whole situation just smells too fishy haha. I hope I am not getting a fraud or something...

Lol
Anyway, one more stupid thing. The bank staff suggested me to download the mobile banking app to make my banking easier, since it's the only thing they have in English, but my phone simply sucks lol. I have no enough memory--and that with only messengers(only line and whatsapp), one dictionary, book reader app, alarm app, muslim app and one game app inside. And you know what?

''Have a nice day, Miss. And you know what, buy a new phone.''

;;;; lel even the banker is tellin me to buy a new phone, geez. Maybe I will...later. Two months or smth. I also need a new lappy, this one is gettin old and I need more crazy 3d modelling software.

But yeah, later. Not gonna touch this fishy money.
Not yet. Must hold the temptation. Need 10 more random transactions before i can fly off to galapagos. Wish me luck on that

See ya on my next tales of misadventures!

oh, and, have some random pics to refresh your eyes xD
Pics I took around Porto. No edits 'cz I'm a lazyass xD

Malu-maluin

The title basically means...being embarrassing,

Wherever and whatever I do... I keep on embarrassing myself, I suppose. =w=
Why on earth do I have to be so clumsy?
Lol lemme retell the tales for you.

Hmm. So, ever since I got here, I go to some dinners/lunches organized by Indonesians who live here. Never did I expect to find so many chances to taste Indonesian food with their spices and plain rice.
It's truly a blessing to still be able to eat Indonesian food...which I never ate before.

Lolololol yeah, it's Indonesian food, but oft times they are not the foods I am familiar with. Maybe because we're all from different regions of Indonesia--but nevertheless I am thankful, and they always succeed to bring my appetite up all the same! Bless spices! Bless micin!! Bless sugar in food!!! Yahoo!

(Must I tell you that among 9 people who live in my house, I am the only one who has sugar? These Europeans...how can they live without sugar...)

And it's a very good opportunity because I meet many great people, who, due to the rarity of Indonesians, get along so close. I get the feeling that they'd barely notice me had we not meet here lol.

If only I could stop embarrassing myself in public.

First of all, I wish I could stop spilling things. I kinda look like a moron when I try to pour 5l water into a glass and poured twice the amount required instead. I'm sure the people who watched me got embarrassed as well, while I panic even more and try to clean it.

Mmm hmm.

There's another one. One time, friends from home wanted to make vidcall just in the same schedule as an important meeting (and feast) to choose the new PPI (Perkumpulan Pelajar Indonesia) Portugal. And in the middle of the meeting my phone rang and I accidentally picked it up, panicking to answer and having the cat get my tongue while ruckuses can be heard from the speaker. T--T gosh....they laughed at me...

And there's one that is even worse.

So...one time, I was invited with the others to attend lunch with the Honorable General Comisary (Konjen Kehormatan) Portugal - Indonesia for Trades and Business. He was a very fun and intelligent man with quick wit and keen memory. We all talk about a lot of things, and I really do hope he remembered my name.

The thing is...in one of the conversation my offline geographical sense was revealed by me totally forgetting where Magelang is. Now, if you ever know the temple of Borobudur which was one of the world's seven wonders and is the biggest Buddha temple in the world--yep, it's in Magelang, Middle Java, Indonesia. Yet.....I....

''Umm....Magelang, wait, where is Magelang again... near Bromo Mountain?''

//dude, that's Malang.

I have no idea...is my pun sense so strong that I pun into oblivion...I must not give in and be controlled by puns....

A-anyway. I was panicking when everyone kinda, ''No, girl did u learn geography at all srsly'' and admitted that I am bad at remembering streets and roads as well, AS IF it was necessary to embarrass myself any further....

There's actually even more stories of me embarrassing myself, but...ung

.....when will I ever have that cool image I always want in the mind of great colleagues... I wanted to perform networking.... I need it.... sobs sobs

W-well, anyway. But some nice things happened, too. I meet many people and I make so many friends I was quite surprised with myself. As usual I have a bad time managing it, haha, but, I think it's all well X3
And I became the Secretary and Treasurer of PPI! Tho I don't do much here. Oh well. It'd be good to have in my CV.  /slapped
>w</ hope I will continue to do better!!

See you in my next misadventures!
