I never feel at home

never once,did I feel like
I belong
I wonder why?

I'm always fidgeting on my feet
Smiling for one moment and wobbling at the next

Tugging,
but afraid to hold on

Why?

Then I thought,

Maybe I'm the one who never
Welcomed anyone in
